Static charge is not hazardous, although employees can have other accidents as a response to the shock and it can have a detrimental effect on production. For example, excessive attraction of dust towards produced components can negatively influence quality or hinder the correct operation of a machine.
HAUG discharging systems are intended to eliminate electrostatic charges and for the contactless cleaning of electrostatic particles on foils, glass, paper, carton, textiles and many others.
The discharging system generally consist of the following two components: a power pack and one or several ionizing units.
Today, HAUG discharging systems are indispensable to the packaging, film/foil, printing and textile industries as well as for many other industrial applications.
-
NEUTRALIZER MJ-II
HAUG MJ-II
Air assistance electrostatic
neutralizer. Commissioning
is effected quickly and without
tools.
-
ELIMINATION Bar EI-W
HAUG EI-W
A new development combining the
highest output with excellent
mechanical stability. At the same time,
the design of the system ensures a
high degree of flexibility and serviceability. -
BRUSH IONIZER BI
HAUG BI
The BI is a passive ionization bar
and reduces static charges with
very high field strengths on material
webs – preferably case in combination
with an active ionization system. -
TEST UNIT STATOMETER I
HAUG STATO I
High voltage power unit for the
discharging systems, 4 HV-Connectors.
-
TEST UNIT STATOMETER II
HAUG STATO II
High voltage power unit for the
discharging systems, 8 HV-Connectors.
