HAUG Charging systems are high-voltage generators that work in conjunction with HAUG charging electrodes to apply electrostatic charges without physical contact. They serve the electrostatic fixation, i.e. for sticking together objects by use of electrostatic charge.
HAUG charging systems basically consist of two components:
- a high-voltage charging generator which supplies the charging electrode or triode with direct voltage.
- one or several charging systems connected to it.
Typical applications, among others, are to be found on packing machines, in film and paper processing, in glass manufacture and the electrical industry. HAUG Charging Generators are equipped with the most modern technology. They are robust, extremely reliable in operation, and most effective in application.

CHARGING GENERATOR AG-SL
HAUG AG-SL
The output is set by modifying the
distance of the electrode. It has one
high-voltage terminal (DC).
The output voltage is displayed by
means of an analog measuring instrument. -
CHARGING GENERATOR AG-25
HAUG AG-25
Equipped with one highvoltage terminal
(DC). The electronic voltage adjustment
is steppless, and there is a choice of
analog or digital display intregrated
into the unit for the output voltage -
CHARGING GENERATOR AG-30
HAUG AG-30
Produces an adjustable high voltage
of up to 40 kV . The voltage and the DC
current present at the relevant time are
indicated at the integrated measuring
instruments. Two separate potentiometers. -
CHARGING GENERATOR AG-60
HAUG AG-60
Generates an adjustable high voltage
of 40 kV . The unit is available DC
with positive and negative polarity.
The voltage and the actual current are
indicated on the integrated instruments. -
PERFORATION COUNTER PZ-3
HAUG PZ-3
The contactless detection of
perforations allows the number
of bags/batches to be determined
and indicates when the material
rolls need to be changed.

CHARGING GENERATOR TR-15/25
HAUG TR-15/TR-25
This is a high-voltage generator which
was specially developed to feed type
ALM triodes. The current threshold of
this device can be adjusted. The output
voltage can also be controlled. -
CHARGING GENERATOR TR-30
HAUG TR-30
This is a high-voltage generator which
was specially developed to feed type
ALM triodes. The current threshold of
this device can be adjusted. The output
voltage can also be controlled. -
CHARGING DEVICE ALS
HAUG ALS
It guarantees the optimal
exploitation of the rim of the
fusing field and simultaneously
serves to suppress the well-known
"neck-in effect" in the extrusion of film. -
CHARGING DEVICE ALW
HAUG ALW
By limiting current using resistors
the generation of hard sparks can
be reliably prevented, significantly
reducing possible damage to
electronic machine controls.. -
CHARGING DEVICE ANT
HAUG ANT
Guarantees the optimal exploitation
of the rim of the fusing field and
simultaneously serves to suppress
the well-known "neck-in effect" in
the extrusion of film. -
