Mission

Supplying products of exceptional quality is of vital importance to Bintz Technics NV. However, we also consider customer-friendly service to be a top priority. We strive to build long-term partnerships with all our customers, backed by a complementary and flexible team of certified support, product and sales engineers. Through sustainable and close cooperation with our foreign and domestic suppliers, Bintz Technics NV has succeeded in building up an extensive customer base, ranging from machine manufacturers, engineering companies and industrial integrators to end users and public institutions.

History

For more than 40 years, Bintz Technics NV has been active on the Belgian and Luxembourg markets in the supply of industrial components for automation. Originally under the name Pierre Bintz, but from 1971 onwards as a subsidiary of Brinkman and Germeraad in Duiven (the Netherlands), who renamed us “Bintz Technics”.

In 1996, Brinkman and Germeraad sold the shares of the holding and trading company of the same name, together with Bintz Technics NV, to the Danish company Nordisk Solar Compagni. In the form of a management buy-out, Solar sold 100% of the shares in Bintz Technics NV to the newly established holding company “Bintz Automation NV” on 1 July 2003. The main reason for the sale was to refocus the core business of the Danish Solar Group (www.solar.eu), the electrical engineering wholesaler in Northern Europe.
